"Really fun day, especially the keeper talks"
We had a really nice time. The keeper talks were friendly, easy to listen to, and didn’t drag on, which I appreciated. The kids absolutely loved the animal encounters, definitely the highlight for them. It did feel a bit crowded in a few spots, but nothing that ruined the day. We’d go back. That’s about it...

"Great day with the kids"
Took the kids and we had a really good day out. Pretty much all the rides were open, which was a nice suprise, and the queues weren’t bad at all. They managed to get on loads of rides and were absolutly knackered by the end. Would defintely go again

"Fun for the kids, but try to pick a quieter day"
We had a good day overall and the kids really enjoyed themselves, but it was so busy that it took the shine off a bit. The queues got frustrating, and in some areas it was hard to actually see or enjoy things because of the crowds. If you’re planning to go, I’d definitely suggest aiming for a weekday or a less popular time if you can. I’d consider going again, but only when it’s likely to be a bit calmer.

"Felt Comfortable Leaving My Kids Here"
I was really happy with the level of supervision. The staff seemed attentive, and I felt like my kids were safe the whole time. Compared to a few other places we’ve tried, this one gave me a lot more peace of mind.

"Loved old fairground feel"

"Way More Animals Than I Expected"
Took the kids here i was surprised by how much there was to see. They had everything from farm animals to lions and penguins, so the kids stayed interested the whole time and we never really got bored. I’m usually a bit wary of places like this because customer service can be hit or miss, and I don’t fully trust staff to be helpful if something goes wrong, but thankfully we didn’t need much from them. Overall, it was a really nice day out.

"Lovely day out with the kids"
Had a really lovely day at Folly Farm with the kids. There was loads to do, animals, rides, all of it, and it never felt like we were rushing about too much. Staff were really friendly and the place was clean considering how busy it was. Food was okay, a bit pricey but thats kinda expected on a day out like this. Kids were absolutley knackered by the end and already asking when we can go back, so yeah, would happily visit again.

"We took the kids to Folly Farm…"
We took the kids to Folly Farm on a wet day, and because the indoor play area had so much for them to climb on and run around, it ended up being a real lifesaver. It felt clean too, so we were happy letting them get stuck in. The kids were busy and having a great time, which meant we actually got to sit down with a coffee for a bit, something that hardly ever happens!

"A really pleasant surprise"
I had such a lovely day at Folly Farm, i was pleasantly surprised by how calm and well cared for the animals seemed. Their spaces looked clean, and there were staff around keeping an eye on things without it feeling intrusive. It genuinely felt like animal welfare is taken seriously there, which made the whole visit even better...

"Totally Worth It"

"Nice visit even with the weather"
We went on a sorta mixed weather day, but still had a really nice time. There was plenty to do indoors when it started raining, and once the sun came back out we headed outside to see the animals. Some of the paths were a bit wet, but nothing too bad. I’d definitely go again

"Something feels a little off for families"
I visited expecting there to be more for kids to enjoy, but there just wasn’t much there for them. Something feels off when a place seems like it should be family-friendly, but the kids run out of things to do quickly.

"Surprisingly Fair Prices"
I went in fully expecting the food to be overpriced, and I still think places like this usually are, but this was actually reasonable. The kids meals were a decent size, the drinks weren’t ridiculously expensive, and it all felt fair for a day out. It wasn’t exactly the best meal ever, but at the same time I’d happily eat there again.

"Sweet little gift shop with loads to choose from"
We popped into the gift shop after our day out, and I wasn’t really planning to buy much… famous last words. There was such a nice mix of things, from cute animal bits and toys to books and little pocket-money treats for the kids, so of course I ended up thinking, “Oh, that’s nice,” about half the shop.
The prices felt reasonable too, which was a relief because some places can be a bit much. The staff at the till were friendly, we picked up a few lovely gifts to take home, and I’d definitely be happy to buy from there again

"Made the day feel so much easier"
We went to Folly Farm last weekend and, i was in such a better mood because the signs were actually really clear. The car park, tickets, toilets and all the different animal areas were easy to spot, so we weren’t constantly stopping to check the map every five minutes. With the kids running around, that made a massive difference. The paths all seemed to make sense too, and we never had that stressed “where are we meant to go?” feeling. It’s a simple thing, but it really helped the whole day feel relaxed and enjoyable.

"There was plenty of parking really close by…"
There was plenty of parking really close by, which made a bigger difference than I expected. We had the kids with us, so not having to circle around looking for a spot or walk ages from the car was such a relief. It just meant we could get out, grab our stuff, sort the kids out, and get going without the usual hassle. It made the start of the day feel a lot smoother.
